Connectors
Connect the Google services, mailboxes, senders, prospect sources, email platforms, payment, social and work accounts your agents work with, by OAuth, API key or in the Macrid app.
Connectors link the accounts agents send from and read from. They belong to your workspace, not to one agent: connect Gmail once and every agent can use it. Open any agent and go to Plugins → Connectors to see them all. Each card reads Not connected, Connected or Needs attention, with what to fix.
Connection types

Connected OAuth and API key cards show Disconnect. Senders you can have several of (SMTP mailboxes and Twilio numbers) show Add another and Manage instead, and you remove them in the Macrid app.
Each Google service is its own sign-in and asks only for its own access, so you share only what you need.

Email and messaging

A Mailbox needs an app password, not your normal one: turn on two-step verification with your provider, create an app password and paste it in. Dexisphere tests the login before saving, so a saved mailbox already works. Use Test or Remove on each one later.
Email (SMTP)
Use SMTP to send from any mailbox you own, such as a Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or hosting-provider address. Press Add sender and fill in every field:

Email campaigns support merge tags in single braces: {username} {fullname} {email} {company} {date} {unsubscribe}.
SMS (Twilio)
Twilio is optional. Without it, agents can still send SMS on a shared system sender. Connect your own account to text from your number or brand:

WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp Business connects through Meta, inside the Macrid app. Press Set up in Macrid, finish Meta's signup there, then come back. Dexisphere can't read back whether WhatsApp Business is connected, so its card keeps showing Set up in Macrid even when it is, and it never blocks a task.
Prospect sources
- Google Places (API key, optional) finds local businesses by niche, city and radius. Prospecting works without it on a shared key, which has a daily limit shared by everyone using it. Add your own Google Places API key (from Google Cloud → Credentials, with the Places API (New) enabled) and the card reads Your own key, no daily limit.
- Facebook (OAuth) finds the pages and businesses active in your niche. It's a separate connection from the Facebook Page card under Social and ads.
Email platforms
Keep a list you already own in step with your pipeline. Add the platform's API key, then pick the list to sync from your real lists. It syncs contacts only, both ways: importing turns subscribers into leads, and pushing sends leads to the list. It never creates or sends a campaign, unsubscribed contacts are skipped on import, and only active leads are pushed. Ask an agent to run the sync, for example "import my Mailchimp audience".

Payments
Connect Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy with a key, and agents can tell you what came in, what was refunded and who paid. Payment connections are read-only: an agent sees your sales and can't move money. Dexisphere tests the key before saving it and never shows it back. Paddle and PayPal can point at their sandbox.
A connected card offers Alerts, Test and Disconnect. Alerts shows a webhook URL and steps to add it in your provider's dashboard, then lets you pick which events to hear about (payments, refunds, disputes, subscriptions, payouts), a WhatsApp number and a minimum amount.
Social and ads
Connect Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube or TikTok by OAuth. One Meta sign-in covers your Page, the Instagram account linked to it and Meta Ads, so connecting either card connects both. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Page. The matching ad accounts (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads through Google) come with the same sign-in and are read-only.
Work tools
Work tools let an agent tell you what changed without you opening anything. Slack and Telegram channel are places it posts; Jira, GitHub and Shopify are things it watches, read-only. It never writes to Jira, GitHub or Shopify.

How agents use connections
Agents check what's connected with their check_connections tool. If you type a task that names a platform with nothing connected, a notice above the composer says the agent can draft it but not send it, with a Connect link. It never blocks the message. Idea cards show Connect X for the same reason.
