Support Engineer
Untangle connectors, channels and deliverability, and turn fixes into docs.
Remote · AnywhereFull-time
When a Gmail connection needs re-authorising, a WhatsApp pairing code expires or a campaign bounces, customers need someone who can find the real cause quickly. As a support engineer you'll sit between customers and the engineering team, fixing what you can and making sure nothing gets lost.
What you'll do
- Answer technical support requests across email and chat with speed and care.
- Debug connectors, channel pairing, sending domains and agent tool failures.
- Reproduce bugs and write clear reports engineers can act on straight away.
- Turn repeated questions into documentation and product fixes.
- Take part in a light, fair support rota across time zones.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in technical support, support engineering or a similar role.
- Comfort reading API responses, logs and browser dev tools.
- Working knowledge of email: SMTP, OAuth mailboxes and DNS records.
- Calm, friendly writing, especially when customers are frustrated.
- Curiosity: you want to know why it broke, not just that it's fixed.
Nice to have
- Experience with Twilio, Meta WhatsApp Business or Telegram bots.
- Some scripting in JavaScript or Python.
- You've written help-centre documentation before.
