Growth Marketer
Grow Dexisphere using Dexisphere: prospecting, outreach, funnels and content.

We sell software that does marketing and sales work, so our growth team runs on it. You'll prospect, run outreach, build funnels and write the playbooks, using Dexisphere agents for the busywork and your own judgement for everything else. What you learn goes straight back to the product team.
What you'll do
- Plan and run acquisition across outbound, content, partnerships and communities.
- Use Dexisphere agents daily to prospect, verify, send and follow up, and document what works.
- Build and improve landing pages and funnels, and report honestly on their numbers.
- Write blog playbooks and launch posts people actually save.
- Share customer insight with product and design every week.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B or SaaS company.
- Hands-on outbound experience, including list building and email deliverability basics.
- Clear, concrete writing with no filler.
- Comfort with analytics: you set up tracking and read the results yourself.
- An experimental habit: small bets, measured, then doubled down or dropped.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to agencies or small businesses.
- Lifetime-deal or community-led launch experience.
- Basic HTML and CSS for quick page edits.
